At M Stevens, we take pride in providing high quality dancewear.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions
Returns:

Returns are accepted within 20 days from the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
Non-refundable Fees & Items:

Dye Charges, rush fees, special pattern and cutting fees are non-refundable.

Custom or made-to-order dancewear cannot be returned

Items marked as “final Sale” are not eligible for return.

For Hygiene reasons, undergarments are non-returnable.
Restocking Fee:

Orders over $500 Are subject to a restocking fee (up to 20%) upon return. The fee will be based on the order total and condition of the returned items.
Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Exchanges:

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
